SQA Conference welcomes media interested in reporting on the conference or in obtaining information. Registration is free for journalists and media operators (travel and lodging are not included). Media representatives are required to abide by the conference code of conduct.

Accreditation process:

To be accredited, all journalists and media operators should submit the following:

• Name, complete contact information (the name of the media outlet they will be representing, mobile phone number, physical address, and email address)
• Proof of employment by the media outlet.

The items noted above should be sent to info@sqa-conference.org. Additional information may be requested by the media office if need be.

Pick up media badge:

Once the information has been reviewed and validated, the accreditation will be approved. You will receive an email confirming your SQA Conference media accreditation status.

Media badges must be collected at the SQA Conference registration booth. You will be required to present a copy of your confirmation email along with an official photo ID (driver’s license, passport, or national ID) to collect your badge.
